Train Service

You can get to and from Mount Eliza from the Melbourne CBD by using a Frankston line train. At Flinders Street Train Station go to either Platform 7 or 8 and board the Frankston Line to the last stop (Frankston station). Once arrived at Frankston you may either take a taxi (roughly a 15 minute ride) or catch a bus to Mount Eliza Village.

Airport Bus

The Frankston and Peninsula Airport Shuttle bus service (www.fapas.com.au) runs between Tullamarine Airport and Mount Eliza. Pick-ups in Mount Eliza are from 84 Mount Eliza Way, the bus stop opposite Safeways. The drop-off point is in front of the Mount Eliza Post Office. Melways: Map 105 Ref F1.

Major Roadways

Mount Eliza is served by two major roadways, the Nepean Highway and Moorooduc Highway.

The Nepean Highway runs south from the centre of Melbourne to Portsea, along the eastern shore of Port Phillip. It is the primary road route to central Melbourne from Melbourne’s southern suburbs. The Nepean Highway has kept the old Australian State Route 3 signage throughout the suburbs but is designated Australian Alphanumeric State Route B110 at the town of Mornington.

The Moorooduc Highway runs from Frankston to Mount Martha.
