One of the problems with most home units and apartments is car parking. There just never seems to be enough of it for you or your visitors.

Well it’s not a problem with my home unit at 5/67 Canadian Bay Road, Mount Eliza. There are two allocated car parking spaces on the property. One is conveniently located just out the back alongside the rear terrace and door.
